Corporation “Plienas” is the oldest KTU student organisation, established in 1931. Corporation unites the youth, who study high tech sciences, as well as lecturers and graduate engineers. The main objective of the corporation – development of noble feelings of the citizenship. Members of the corporation base their activities on the principles of morals, unity and tolerance. Motto of “Plienas” – “Lithuanian spirit, brotherhood, endurance and work!” Straps and hats are the main part of the attributes of the corporation’s members.
